Happy Birthday Jim!

You may remember Jim from this postHe has been frequenting the LKL deli twice a day for the last 15+ years.

Manager Colby West says:

"On this special day, Jim turned 76 years old. That means he has been coming to our store since he was 61. We sang Jim an authentic Spanish birthday song from our wonderful employees. Jim is like a family member to us at the Lakeline Deli and we enjoy being in his presence every day. You can see him sitting in "Jim's Booth."

Easter Across the Southern Region

We hope everyone had a safe and blessed Easter weekend. Here are some of the ways that the Southern Region celebrated.

The WLD deli celebrated with a Family Easter Cookout. Manager Greg Winger says:

"It was a blast and we had a great turnout. It was nice to be able to get some of our staff together out of the deli and enjoy a meal and some games together. The Easter egg hunt was a hit with the kids, even the big ones (Tello with the bunny ears was hilarious)".

The SSQ deli celebrated with an Easter Egg Hunt! Each employee received a gift and they had great time.

CHP team working hard

The CHP team worked together to complete a massive box lunch order! In the back is GM Stan Craven.  From left to right is CJ, Eleazar, Alexis and David.

Manager Andre Ledoux says:

"Thanks to a great game plan, the crew arrived at the deli at 3AM and had the order finished and loaded onto a Brothers Produce truck (that they let us borrow) without any issues by 10AM."

Great job team!

Out of this world hospitality at its best!

Team MMC goes above and beyond for their customers! Way to go Aaron.

CHP Foody Awards

March 16th was an exciting day at the CHP deli! Sylvia Avalos, Allison Nash, Lorena Mendez, Amanda Sliger, David Bowles and Laura Mendez have all completed the foody program!

Manager Jessica Andrus writes:

"This program has really had an affect on our employees here now that they realize that they get great rewards and great information to help them live a better lifestyle. This is definitely making our Jason's deli a "great place to work". "

Congrats team CHP! Way to make us proud!

Melaine Cabrales (HR Manager) was a guest speaker and opened the floor for any questions. This was a great meeting where they publicly recognized Hailey (Employee of the Month) and make sure everyone's on the same page about spreading Customer Love!

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss

In honor of Dr. Seuss' Birthday, Ha Ho (GM-TNY) read "Green Eggs and Ham" to the Pre-K class at Sinclair Elementary. What better way than to get a visual of green Eggs and Ham!

The kids loved every bit of it and their teacher had nothing but great things to say about Ha:

"Our Reader was excellent! He fed us all GREEN EGGS AND HAM, some of the students even had seconds and thirds.  The aroma is still with us, but worth it.  Ha was great with the students and he is welcome back any time. Thank you for sending him to us, Ms. Paige"

Orlando Community Outreach- Christmas Event

The Central Florida Community Outreach Team celebrated their Christmas day in a little different way this year. The group adopted 15 families from the local community. Through different types of fundraising events along with help from many of the employees in the area, they were able to prepare a home cooked meal for nearly 80 people as well as gifts for all of the children.  We are all blessed and very fortunate to be part of a company that is willing to give back in this way.
